Readynas Pro 6 Readycloud Fails after Loading Firmware 6.10.3
Installed the latest OS version 6.10.3 on my Readynas Pro 6.
Now I can no longer connect to Readycloud.
When I go to the cloud tab and attempt to turn on the service I get an error message. See attached picture file.
I tried to revert back to 6.10.2 and after install I had the same results. It was working fine with 6.10.2 prior to update.
Internet has a checkmark showing that it is available. I have not changed anything except for the firmware update.
I have now reloaded 6.10.3 and await any suggestions on how to get readycloud working again.
Thanks

Re: Readynas Pro 6 Readycloud Fails after Loading Firmware 6.10.3
Have you tried doing OS-Reinstall? If you have not done that you may want to try that first. If it did not work after the OS-Reinstall, kindly let me know.

Tried OS-Reinstall as suggested.
No change. I am still not able to get Readycloud process to start as before.
Any other ideas?
Thanks for your input.

Re: Readynas Pro 6 Readycloud Fails after Loading Firmware 6.10.3
After hearing no response I did a factory reset.
After completing the factory reset on the NAS I was able to get the readycloud turned on without the error message.
I was still not able to connect locally to the NAS using readycloud.
Even when I turned readycloud off the NAS still showed up as an active NAS in readycloud.
I was able to disconnect the NAS using the web based readycloud.
After many tries I was able to get the NAS connected again.
Now the NAS is doing a syncronization that will probably continue for the next day or so.
Then I get to copy all the data I backed up, back onto the NAS.
I wish Netgear could develop more stable software.
