There is a red led activate in the motherboard of my ReadyNAS Pro 6 between the micro and the memory

Is normal??

The LED is just an indicator that the power is on. It is placed there in the hope that seeing it will prevent you from removing the CPU or RAM (or performing other similar operations) without first switching the power off.
