Welcome to the Community!
You may try booting up the NAS without the drives inside it (Note: Please label drives with its corresponding bay before you remove it) and see if RAIDar will detect it. The RAIDar should detect it with a status of 'No disks detected'.
If NAS is still not detected by RAIDar, it is highly possible that the issue is with the chassis already.
