Set Maximum Fan Speed 24x7 in OS4
I actually found a thread from 2011 asking the exact same thing I want, but no one answered. 😞

I just want my fans floored. The unit is nowhere near me, so I could care less about the noise, and I DO care about keeping my drives as cool as possible.
I have SSH access. In my WD My Cloud EX2 nas flooring the fans was as simple as running a command in the shell. I keep my units on 24x7 so I don't mind just logging in and running a command or changing a setting as need be--no need for anything in the cron, a service or anything complicated--just a simple method to make the fans run 100%.
Thank you!
