Support canceled. Can no longer access files

I have a Ready Nas netgear advanced storage unit from 2015. Support no longer exists and we are unable to access and/or retrieve files. Can anyone help? RN10200 – ReadyNAS 100 Series 2- Bay (Diskless) Model / Version: RN10200 We have tried to extract the files but receive message that files or system is defect? Don't exist? Hope someone out there has some constructive advice??

You are going to have to provide a lot more detail, as there are many things that can have gone wrong.  Screen dumps of any error messages and GUI screens will help.  But be aware that they have to be approved before most users can see them.

 

But here are a few specific questions:

Do you know the admin password?

Can you get into the GUI?

Do you know if SSH is enabled?

If you can't get into the GUI, can you download the log file via RAIDar?
