Support is a Joke
How can you have hardware still under warranty but phone, chat and email support all expired. So trying get still VALID warranty support for hardware I'm refused access by phone chat and email. In essence the warranty on the hardware is being refused.
Is this company run by idiots ?

No consumer company can afford to run free IT for indiduals. That's why its only 90 days of free support. its enough time to get things installed and up and running. After that, its hardware warranty for hardware failures. Most all consumer networking companies do this. It isn't limited to Netgear. Should you want longer support you either need to buy into the business line or purchase support.

For people who don't want to pay for support, there's the community forums. Where members of the public try to help out.
We can try to help you.
What issue are you having?
What device are you using?
Modem you're connected to?
Firmware on your router/device?
Another thing that you can check is many just google netgear support and call the number they get. Its not support. its a con/scam site. to contact netgear support or to RMA a device you click "mynetgear" at the top, register an account and a device. From there you can contact support or RMA a device.
