UPS - Battery Backup / Installed New Batteries / How to clear "warning" message on Admin Page

I had some batteries start to fail on my UPS Battery Backup.

I replaced the batteries inside UPS.

How do I reset / clear the UPS warning message inside The Admin Panel (Radair)?

It should have cleared itself.  Did you try removing it, and adding it again.

Yes I removed the device, unplugged the UPS and re-installed.

The message is still there

Have you tested the UPS?

Maybe connect it to a PC and install vendor tools (PowerChute, etc).

It sounds like the UPS is still setting an alarm.  Some (Eaton is one) have a battery timer that needs to be reset when it expires and you change the batteries.
