Unable to Access ReadyNAS via Webpage #23347940
We currently have a ReadyNAS 3100 that I am unable to access the /admin or the /shares URLs. I am still able to access the shares and RAIDar shows the drive, all green status lights and I was able to send the Locate command. We did not install SSH on the NAS and I am unable to connect to it via telnet; both options return a connection failed/refused message.
What should the next steps be? Reboot the NAS or is there a way to remotely connect to it and determine root cause?
Thanks!

Re: Unable to Access ReadyNAS via Webpage
What firmware are you running, and what browsers did you try?
Did you also try IE compatibility mode?

Re: Unable to Access ReadyNAS via Webpage
The ReadyNAS is on version RAIDiator 4.2.19.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox 29, and Internet Explorer 11, in Compatibility Mode as well.
Thanks for all the help.

If it worked recently I would try a reboot next.

Thanks,
We will try that next; after making a backup of the shares.

Re: Unable to Access ReadyNAS via Webpage #23347940
Restarting the ReadyNAS via two presses of the power button fixed the issue.
