Unable to access shared folders for backup

Hi all

I have an issues with running backups.

I use a cloud solution for backing up data to an offsite vault (Cloud Direct). I have installed the agent via SSH and all seems to be ok and the device is seen by the vault with no issues.

When I try to backup the shares the "data" volume can be seen but I cant select anything inside the volume.

Has anyone got any ideas? let me know what info you want fom me to assist.

Cheers

Re: Unable to access shared folders for backup

Did you install the backup app as root?  Or as admin?

Generally you should always log in as root.

Perhaps it can't handle BTRFS?  The file system isn't listed here: https://livevaultservice.livevault.com/Help/CPT/system_reqs.html

Re: Unable to access shared folders for backup

I did think that but before we factory defaulted the device we were able to see the files.
