Unable to register RN21200

I purchased RN21200 from Amazon in Jan 2019, brand new and the box arrived sealed. But unable to register the product, the system prompted "....something went wrong, contact Customer Services...". I filed 2 service support inquires but never responded. So I contact Amazon and they sent me a replacement, again brand new and sealed. This time after key in the S/N# and the purchase date, it stated, "The product's country of purchase is not valid." Hey, I'm in the WA and purchased this ReadyNas from US Amazon, why the product's country not valid? Did anyone come across it issue?

Yes. I email Netgear customer service and attached a copy of my purchase receipt plus a photo of the ReadyNas S/N (you can find a sticker with the serial number stick to the box). With these 2 pcs. of info, then Netgear registered the product to myNetgear account and sent me confirmation email.
