WD *EARX Drives & ReadyNas NV+

Does anyone know if Western Digital *EARX drives are compatible with ReadyNAS NV+?

Other suggestions for upgrading drives?

Personally, I'd never use WD drives in a NAS. My preferred manufacturer at the moment is Hitachi but it remains to be seen how WD messes those drives up after the acquisition.
