WDC WD6002FRYZ-31WD5B0 bad or compatibility issue?

Hello,

I've installed a new hard drive Disk Model:WDC WD6002FRYZ-31WD5B0 to replace another one in my unit ReadyNAS 4220.  

The hard drive is listed on ReadyNAS Hard Disk Compatibility List

This disk should be compatible based on the test result of another disk in the same series from the disk manufacturer.

I have exported the logs from the unit and can see as follows:

I'm almost sure the hard drive needs to be replaced again. But before I get a 2nd exactly the same one I would appreciate if someone could confirm that the particular model is really compatible.

Before we conclude anything. May I request for the system logs first?

How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?

Please update the thread once sent so that I can ask assistance on checking the logs.
