I removed all six drives, powered up and still see the message "mount_block_root +25e"
Is there a way to repair the unit?
If not, do I have options for recovering the data that is stored across those 6 drives?

We lost power on Tuesday and i just realised now that my ReadyNAS isn't working i see the same Mount_Block_Root +25e error on my LCD. I removed all the drives and booted it but still get the same message. Is there anything i can do? i have a RN31600 so it's no longer under warranty. Am i screwed?

Hi Mfisch23,
Have you tried doing a USB boot recovery? You may try that first and see if you can recover your NAS using that method. You may check this article for the procedure.
