www.readynas.com out of date?

I opened www.readynas.com to look for the 6.2 announcement and thought I jumped back in time. Look, 4.2.24 was just announced and it's the latest firmware available :-).

Try Netgear.com, they seem to be concentrating their efforts there.

The only announcement I've seen about 6.2.0 is the beta topic :

Re: www.readynas.com out of date?

Ya, readynas.com has been abandoned. Besides no new posts, even the metadata for description (what is 'ReadNAS'? #SEOfail) on search engines has been wrong for over a year now, since JabbaTheHutt gutted 90% of the pages on here.

Only a matter of time before these forums are shut off, forcing into the stale http://forum1.netgear.com. Or, I notice http://forums.netgear.com is now alive, though no public pages yet.

Oh my, the information here is so useful, I hope it gets kept around.

Agreed. Many of the articles on readynas.com that come from links all over are now error 404 pages. The site can go static, but don't remove useful resources!
