What ReadyNAS model do you own, and what firmware are you running?
When you enter https://nas-ip-address/admin, are you getting the user/password pop-up? Use the real nas IP address of course.

Also, are you getting the popup?
Did you try the default password (password)?
If that fails, you can try an OS reinstall - which will reset the admin password back to the default.

No. It will reset the network configuration to use dhcp, and reset the admin password to password. Other settings and data should not be affected.

Be careful not to do a factory default, that will destroy your data.
i did the os reinstall on my system now i cant connect i checked and its healthy
i found my ip address but whats SUBNET MASK AND GATEWAY?????
its asking for that info
So the NAS has not picked up an I.P. address from your router?
i type it in but it shows off line i should remove it and reinstall it???

Some screenshots would be helpful.Are you able to download your logs using RAIDar 6.2 (see the Sending Logs link in my sig) and send those in?
