HI
Over Easter I tried to access my Readynas and none of the passwords worked, even the recovery password so I had to do a OS reinstall. Once I had done this, Plex then stopped working completly if I clicked on the icon Plex would not open. I have tried to uninstall it or update it but neither work I just get a working sign come up for a while and then nothing happens. Ihave left over night and tried doing a restart and a shut down but nothing is working.
Can you please help?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Deleting Plex off Readynas Rn204
Did you run into the ReadyCLOUD Outage?
Do you use home folders for your ReadyCLOUD users? If so any data recovery attempt should be done as the next step.
As for the Plex issue you could try updating to 6.7.1 Beta.

Re: Deleting Plex off Readynas Rn204
I dont know what caused it but after doing the OS reinstall I was able to get back into the readynas and all the user were still there i reset the passwords and that is all working fine.
Plex was working fine until I did the OS reinstall but after it would not work and I tried to uninstall plex but it wont unistall it just turns it off then if i try to uninstall it does nothing. Now i can not use if i click on the app and launch it it can not find the page.

Updating to ReadyNASOS 6.7.1-T244 (Beta 1) should resolve the issue you're having with Plex.

Re: Deleting Plex off Readynas Rn204
What errors do you see e.g. in systemd-journal.log for the app removal/re-installation?
Perhaps send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).
