So, you should have an invoice as well then? In that case, contact Netgaar support and ask them to register the device to you as you are clearly the righful owner 🙂

That serial number appears to be a registered back in year 2013. In case you are looking for replacement and/or support, it also appears that its hardware and support warranty are already expired. I have modified the title of this topic.
