New ReadyNAS to replace a Duo

So,

I recently replaced my ReadyNAS Duo with an RN204 as per StephenB's suggestion at https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/Understanding-X-RAID-and-capacity/m-p/1109197#M...

Now I would like to replace the Duo that lives with my parents (they backup to each other) and I assumed I would just get a RN202 based on the success of my RN204 (2 bays is more than enough for them). However it seems that I bought my RN204 close to the end of the model's life as I can't find it anywhere likewise the RN204. I can't see what model has replaced it at a similar <200UKP price point.

Can anyone offer any advice or suggestions?

One thought was to replace my RN204 with a RN214 and move the RN204 to my parents, this is based on the RN214 being only 10UKP more than the RN212 but both are a bit more than I was hoping to pay...

Thanks!

Re: New ReadyNAS to replace a Duo

The RN212 and RN214 are the models that have replaced the RN202 and RN204.

The RN210 series has a quad-core ARM CPU vs the dual-core in the RN200 series.
