Permissions problem... NFSNOBODY
Raidiator 4.1.8. I'm trying to get my ReadyNAS, which is mounted on a RedHat server as /nas1, to allow me to chown -R user's files to the proper permissions. All I get is "Operation not permitted". I have tried doing it as the owner, user, etc... NFS is set to allow the users to set permissions, and the host to have read/write access.... Does it need a reboot ?

Which security mode in frontview do you choose? I suggest choose "user" to try again.

Re: Permissions problem... NFSNOBODY
Are you doing this from the redhat system, or are you using ssh access into the NAS itself?
