One of our PC's on our network is running Windows 7. On this W7 PC, I cannot map and RN424 drives. The RN424 does not appear as a network selection when browsing in the "map network drive" panel. When I attempted to view the network map in W7, the RN424 appeared outside of the network map under the category of "the following devices could not be placed on the map."
I viewed the web page for an old RND2110 whose drives ARE mapped to the W7 machine, and the shares have CIFS enabled. The RN424 shares do not offer CIFS as an option. Is this the problem?
What do I need to do to map RN424 drrives in Wy?

Taking your suggestion, I am able to access the NAS shares and folders.

Re: RN424 & Windows 7 (can't map network drive)
Taking your suggestion one step further, I right-clicked on each share and was able to map the drives. Although I have been using this W7 machine for years, it has been a long time since I have had to configure anything like this. Once again, thanks.
