I am trying to upload pictures from my iPhone and opened the app and chose media backup. I tapped Enable and picked my device but error message pops up saying "Unexpected response from server" I cannot upload anything. How do I solve this? My husband is also logged in and is currently uploading pictures. Is this the reason? According to him, our iPhone should both be able to connected to the server with no problem. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Re: ReadyNAS 102 Error Unexpected response from server
Hi Kayoko,
Welcome to the Community!
Your iPhones should be able to simultaneously backup media files to the NAS. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app? May I also know the version of the Readycloud app?
