ReadyNas 4312 fails will work after a restart
Our ReadyNAS fails, but after Restart it works again.

Repeats over and over, failed update of AV then fail, restart fixes.

Support contract is bundled to the device if you call our support department and provide serial they may check if there is a existing support contract bundled to the device. You may Private Message(PM) me the serial number of your NAS and I will try to check it.
