Where do i find out where my capacity is being used? I have tried everywhere, but cant find the 1.5TB or so of usage. I suspect it is Time Machine, but where do I find that information? TB of usage.

Personally I think the share page should include the time machine and apps usage somewhere.
You can access the data volume over SMB (using finder) if you use the NAS admin account credentials. I'm not a mac user, and I don't recall how to view hidden folders on a mac - though I'm sure you can google that info if you don't already know it.
