AC1750 - Unable to add your device

AC1750 

firmware: V1.0.4.102_10.0.75

MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

 

I lost my Galaxy S9 which was a recognized device in Nighthawk. I bought an iPhone 11 (same number) and tried to login to Nighthawk. It did not recognize the device and I chose to have an emal code sent. After I enter the code, it says "Unable to add your device. Your device did not recieve the push notifacation. Check your internet connectivity." Is the push notification being sent to the old or new device? How do I delete the S9 and add the Iphone if I can't log in? Thanx.
