I just installed this new router replacing an old Netgear router. Everything was fine at first with my app but then all of a sudden the app is not working correctly. The app is no longer showing me to...

Yes, I did set up anywhere access and it's the same issue. When I open the device manager, I can see the devices, but there are no toggle switches.
Yes this is an Android phone and I did completely uninstall and reinstall the app in case there was some kind of issue from when I was using the r6400 router. So everything should be the latest version. My router firmware is up to date and I just downloaded the app again yesterday.

What modem/gateway/ONT sits between the router and the Internet? What may have played nicely with one router might not with a different model.
Have you tried the nuclear option?
How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
- ScgSep 10, 2023GuideI'm away from the house right now but it's a modem that was provided by Xfinity comcast. I would have to get some specs on it. As far as the nuclear option, this is a brand new router that I just installed for the first time yesterday. So it's pretty much at factory settings already but I do know what you're saying. I could do a factory reset anyway. It seems to be more of a problem with the app than it is with the router itself although the two are certainly related I suppose. It's just that the app all of a sudden changed and I no longer have those on off toggle switches when I had them before. I not only had them with the old router but I had them with this router after I first hooked it up for a couple hours. And then all of a sudden they disappeared

But I would expect to see a raft if similar complaints if it hit everyone.
I not only had them with the old router but I had them with this router after I first hooked it up for a couple hours. And then all of a sudden they disappearedThat's what made me suspect a possible modem/router problem. These can play just fine when first set up – or after a network reboot – but then for some reason the router sees competition on the network and starts to behave oddly. That could have a knock on effect on the app.
It may not be the problem, but it is something to rule out.
