Android Genie App questions
Just bought the R6100 AC 1200 router. When I use the smartphone app and go to the Network App, there is a red line going from the globe to my wireless router. My wireless works, and I can do everything I need to, IE videos, gaming and surfing. Obviously I think there is an issue somewhere. I did update to the latest firmware. Any suggestions on how to fix this, to where I have a green line going from the internet globe to the router? Or is this normal?
Thank you.

Re: Android Genie App questions
The line between the globe and the router should be green which means internet is working fine. Is this an android phone or iPhone? Did you try to use different smart phones aside from the one you are using? You may try to uninstall or reinstall the Genie App.

Re: Android Genie App questions
This is on an android phone. If I look at it on an iphone and click on the router, is says.... status: offline .... in red letters.
