Armor security problem

Trying to get my activation of Armor to work on the router. Even though I have a paid subscription the app says press to activate trial. No other options available. If I press it comes up with Activation failed could not activate NETGEAR Armor on your device.
I have tried logging out then back in. Same result. Tried resetting router same result.
Model: R8000|Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WIFI Router

Armor has its own bolt hole:

You might do better to try there.

Cheers for the hint. I’ve think I’ve sourced the problem. My router has been registered with my new email but the account is still in my old email. So I need info either transferring or email accounts merging
