BROUGHT USED NIGHTHAWK
I Brought a used Nighthawk X4 through amazon to save some dollars but now I cannot use it because its already registered to another account and also the support company isnt answering... Is there any other way I can make this work?

Yes you can make it work.
start off by factory resetting the extender. Push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while the device is fully powered on.
then you can follow the install guide either using the wps method or the smart installation wizard.

As @plemans says there is nothing to stop you from using this device.
You should also know that registration is there for the 90-days of support and the warranty. None of those work for second hand devices, so you miss out on nothing.
