Blank network map

[Sawdust]

I have a n600 c3700 cable modem and when I look at the network map, its blank.  Windows 8, windows 10 laptop.

I tried looking at it through IE 10, 11 , firefox, and chrome.. all blank.

Any suggestions?

download the new Genie.. then you can see the devices..
