C7000v2 will not allow me to connect the app
I currently have the C7000v2 and it is not allowing me to connect the app on my iphone 13. When I attempt to put in the Admin pword i get an error stating Logon time out, please try again and i have tried multiple times.

Is the phone connected to the modems wifi signal?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
