Can my wifi admin see every single website i went on?

Depending on their skill/knowledge, yes they can. 

Its always good to assume the people who's network you're using, can see the sites you're visiting.

Okay they have no skill as in just regular basic knowledge. Does the app have a log feature? I mean it was one website (not a blocked one) among a bunch of traffic so would they have seen it?

If nothings been said yes, I wouldn't worry about it. 

Or log in and clear the log.

And if you're that worried about that site, I'd recommend not going back on it.

I was just visiting for a few days so i cant delete it unfortunately. Im not familiar with netgear at all so from what I understand you have to manually enable logs right? Or like turn on keyboard blocking? Do wifi admins get notified about the website visited

there's no notifications. and if they're not technically inclined, I'd doubt they'd check it. 

Unless they had a reason to suspect something.
