Hi all!
For some apparent reason, my laptop (Dell) cannot seem to find my 5G network. A few months ago it seemed to work just fine. Now all of a sudden, I can only see my 2.4 network. Can someone help me? The model I am currently using is the C6300.

Tried pressing the WiFi on/off button?
Have you tried to Factory reset the device?
Do you have the latest firmware?
Do you have the right Region (see page 58). Some regions restrict WiFi channels by law.

Re: Can't Find My 5G Network
Which Dell is this? Are you sure that it is 5GHz capable?
Is 5GHz activated on the C6300? Is the 5GHz LED on?

Re: Can't Find My 5G Network
I know my Dell is in fact capable of handling 5GHz as it did find my 5GHz network a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if the 5GHz is activated on the C6300, or if it got deactivated, but the 5GHz LED is not on. How to fix...?

Sound like it is turned off. That's why things don't see it.
Get the manual and read page 58:

Re: Can't Find My 5G Network
I did everything that is said to do on Page 58, which was to specify basic wireless settings, yet the 5GHz LED is still off.

Hey, michaelkenward, thanks! All I had to do was turn the wifi off, then turn it back on after 60 seconds!
