Which one? Android? iPhone? Desktop (PC/MAC)?

Use a browser?
There is a manual for the R7300DST somewhere at the end of this link:
>>>>> R7300DST | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
See page 31.
What firmware version do you have on the R7300DST? A number is more useful than any "the latest" guesses. It may not be by the time people read this, and there can be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up in the browser interface.

Re: Can't access Netgenie App
I can't access through either the PC or the iOS app. I can in a browser but not through any of the apps.
Firmware version: V1.0.0.62_1.0.21

Re: Can't access Netgenie App
Without explaining what you are doing and where it goes wrong, we will not get you much further.
For examples, what does "can't access" mean?
It rejects a password? Sits "thinking" but goes nowhere?
Is this local access, connected to your own wifi, or remote access going through an internet connection?

When I access the app on my iphone and try to access my wifi, setting, traffic map, I get these scrrens. It work at one point on my PC and app, but now it doesnt. I'm not sure if it was after the most recent fiirmware update or one previous.
