Can't connect to nighthawk app - Spectrum Internet - AC1600 Model C6250
Just moved and got my router and internet set up (AC1600 WiFi Model C6250; Spectrum Internet). In trying to connect to the nighthawk app it tells me my firmware is out of date. When I go to routerlogin is shows V1.01.26 and doesn't give me a way to update it. On the netgear website it says this the latest Spectrum approved firmware.
Anyone know I can can get the nighthawk app to work?

Modems and Gateways (modem+router) are not supported by the app, afaik
Firmware is managed by the ISP, not NETGEAR. The latter provides it to the ISP and it decided if and when to roll it out.

Looks like you're on the latest approved from spectrum.
To manage the router, you can use the genie (hard to find) or just log in through the browser.
