Can't get into Genie to set parental controls

So reading through the threads i don't see a solution for setting up the parental controls but i do see that many people are experiencing the same issue. What can be done?

I am in the same boat.  I tried to login to the parental controls but it keeps telling me login error.  I have an OpenDNS account setup and my netowrk IP added.   This is the last step to getting the parental controls in place.  I'll be looking forward to a fix soon.

Hi @Speebeep,

You should be able to login to your OpenDNS account through the NETGEAR Genie and manage your LPC (Live Parental Controls) settings.

I've use daily genie to set up live parental controls but they haven't been implemented and all the bad stuff can still be accessed. Please help!

Can’t access paretal controls trough the gienie app, I have no problems accesing the account trought the website or the app in my MacPro. Can some one help ? Keeps telling me my password and username are wrong.

I ended up getting a warranty replacement. However, try doing a hard reset on router and take it back to factory. It’s a pain, I know.
