Cannot Access Nighthawk App - I have the Router R6700.v3

Cannot Access Nighthawk App - I have the Router R6700.v3
No matter what I do, the Netgear Nighthawk app tells me the admin password is not correct and I cannot connect.
I have reset and reset and reset the admin password through the routerlogin.net functon on my home computer which is connecting to my nighthawk router. While I can access the admin through the routerlogin.net function on the computer and reboot, this does me no good when I'm traveling. I rely on my cameras while I'm away. Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm a little techie.

There is a Netgear community setup specifically for the Nighthawk Application. You might get more answers and be able to search for similar issues there. A moderator may move your message.

Once it is jammed up, you may have to uninstall the application, remove any data, and reinstall to get it to work.

Have you set up Anywhere Access on the router?
Be warned that the R6700v3 is not the most capable router around. The original version is now nearly 10 years old. Things like Anywhere Access are relatively recent features that were bolted on in new firmware.
You say nothing about your firmware version, or much about the rest of your network, all of which will affect how things work at your end.
