Cannot Delete Device

Cannot Delete Device

Hello.  I have a device on my device manager list within my Netgear Nighthawk app that I am unable to identify.  I want to delete it, but there's no option to "Delete Device".  This is the only device on my list that does not have that option, every other device does.  Please help.  I've called support and opened 2 cases, yet they just keep transferring me and one rep wanted me to use ZOHO for remote access instead of telling me the steps.  He had a heavy Indian accent and when I said no to ZOHO, he disconnected the call.

 

Also, I am using the app not the web interface.

 

Device: MR80

Firmware Version: V1.1.6.6

What mobile platform are you using?

What version of the App are you using? 

 

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
