Cannot Login to Nighthawk App
I can not login to the nighthawk app. Before anyone asks, yes, I do have the correct password and username. Once I click login, my screen dims, and there's a circular loading icon that just goes on and on and on and doesn't ever actually log me in. I've had nothing but problems with netgear as a whole and this is just the icing on the cake. I'm assuming there's no way of getting any actual tech support short of paying for it? Based off what I've seen, that seems to be the case. Even though I can't even log into the app to try obtaining the information I need myself.

Using a potentially crappy App does not help to overcome whatever issues you have with your unspecified device. The tagged A7000 is a NIC, not a router supported by the Nighthawk App.
And the Nighthawk App is known for
- not able to connect to routers operating in Access Point mode,
- not intended to be used with random wireless extenders,
- does not support all Nighthawk named devices (no Cable modem/routers, no switches, not a few earlier Nightawk routers)
- being picky on passwords (special characters),
- lacking of the "legacy" Live Parental Controls available in the Genie App,
...and many more.
For what it's worth: The login would happen on the manged device - the App is only providing an interface.
