Cannot find firmware update that netgear app says I need.

I open netgear app on phone. Says firmware update available sign into routerlogin. I go there. there is no prompt to update. no bubble at the header of the page. in advanced options under admin there is nothing that says router update. no idea what to do. my firmware is V1.02.09
