DEV-1A:5C:CD network (generic) device
A DEV-1A:5C:CD network (generic) device (2.4 GHz) is showing up under my RAXE 500 router device list and Netgear Nighthawk app device list. I have no idea what this device is or where its from. I'm a little frustrated because sometimes I can pause and sometimes unable to pause this device; not to mention, if I close the app it automatically resumes.
I also noticed these messages under my log report:
[DoS attack: snmpQueryDrop] from source 183.136.226.3,port 50313 Wednesday, Oct 20,2021 12:57:46
[DoS attack: Fraggle Attack] from source 10.22.192.1,port 67 Wednesday, Oct 20,2021 12:57:16
App Version 2.12.0.22
DEV-1A:5C:CD, IP: 192.168.1.12, MAC: 82:FC:B2:1A:5C:CD

Which one of your devices has this address?
192.168.1.12
Please don't post MAC address information in public forums.
Seen it were Apples new Private Address setting causes this to show as DEV as that feature sets a random MAC address on there devices now. I leave mine disabled while at home.

What's wrong with posting MAC addresses on public fora? Why is this such a no-no?
Truly curious.
