DNS account in Netgear Geanie
I'm trying to create a DNS account in Netgear Geanie. I've tried several different passwords and none of them are accepted. What can I do?

Re: DNS account in Netgear Geanie
Hi @amy4723,
Please make sure that the password contains an upper case and lower case character. Also, it should have at least one number and one special character. You can also try creating a password that is exactly 15 characters long with the required characters.
Regards,
Dexter

Re: DNS account in Netgear Geanie
I don't understand. I can log into the OpenDNS website, but when I'm in the Netgear Genie and click on Parental Controls and put in my email address and my Open DNS password, it says "There was an error signing in, please make sure you are connected to the internet (which I am) and try again"
