Device manager on iOS not working ('No Device Found!)

    Problem was the iOS app.  Once that was updated and I downloaded the latest update - then it worked.

I am dealing with the same problem.
Device Manager, no devices found..
IOS - would greatly appreciate some guidance.

Hi Erikruss, 

 

I would recommend reinstalling the Nighthawk app and rebooting your router.
