Email Address At Tech Support Not Reflecting Current Email address
I changed my email address over a year ago, yet I keep getting priority tech messages sent to my old email address (@frontier.com). Why I have sent numerous emails back to tech support, non have been acknowledged and the prioirity update notices keep going to my old email address. How do I get them to use my current (@yahoo.com) email address.
This matter may be why when I try to sign into my genie mobile app and it says it will send me an confirming email, I never get the confirming email.
