I am running the latest firmware, I have rest my router, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and I still cannot access any of my devices from my Iphone (latest iOS is installed on my phone). Please help

Not much to go on. What app are you referencing? What NG router model do you have?

I have a nighthawk RAX45. The app I am referring to is the Netgear Nighthawk app.

What happens if you disable one or all of these features on the iOS device?

Those two things don't go together. Two different models.
