Genie Network Map: In App (multiple Android) vs. Genie App on Windows and macO vs. Connected Devices
DUT: Genie 3.2.12 on Android 7.1.1 (Nexus 9), and on Android 7.1.2 (Nexus 6P); Genie Version 2.4.38 on Windows, and R9000 1.2.0.16
Can't get rid of the impression that something basic is basically broken with the handling of Attached Devices on the Nighthawk Router Genie UI, the Network Map. Not two show the same number and the same devices. Manual refresh in the same second, closing and re-open App, ... does not help.
Is this just me?

Re: Genie Network Map: In App (multiple Android) vs. Genie App on Windows and macO vs. Connected Dev
I'm seeing something like your problem.
Samsung S5 connected to 2.4 and not showing up on network app on samsung smt350 tablet even when refresh is tapped.
Change S5 to 5g and refresh on tablet and it shows up
Change S5 back to 2.4 and it remains on network map
Change S5 to modem wireless Verizon FIOS and the line refreshes from dashed to solid
Could you try to change your connection types wired/2.4/5g?
If that works, might be the router's data cache is not rechecking the device if it already has the mac cached so you are getting data cache shadows.
