Is anyone able to use the genie app to block devices? The access control tab just times out when I try to turn it on.

Hi @Ndxaustinz,

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the NETGEAR Genie program to make sure it has been installed correctly. Also, please make sure the your router or modem-router's firmware is up to date.
