OK ! Thanks for the reply. I am reluctant to subscribe to Armour if this issue isn't resolved.

If I can't view my network devices , then I would have no purpose for Armour.

Hello Ubbe,

The NAS should be configured as XRAID if you are planning to add disks.

Adding to an existing XRAID will automatically expand the volume and also adjust the RAID level. Please see How do I horizontally expand an X-RAID 2 volume on my ReadyNAS OS 6 storage system? article.
