How do I get support for my Netgear account?
I can't log into the Nighthawk app with my original Netgear account. When I click on the "forgot password" button, it sends an email and let's me reset the password. However the Nighthawk app still give an error message. Tried this twice (to password changes) with same result.
As a test, I created a whole new netgear account (with a different email). With this NEW account, I am able to log into the Nighthawk app. So there really seems to be something about my original Netgear account.
I've seen messages on the forum about "merging" accounts. I have been a Netgear customer for a very long time, so I'm wondering if that is my issue. Does anyone know how to get someone at Netgear to fix my account?? Everyting on the website is about products and serial numbers, etc.
