How do I remove a trusted phone fromm my Netgear Account?

Hello everyone,

I have tried searching with severfal combinations of keywords, as well as logging into MyNetgear (not much to see or do there), and I can't find a way to do this.

Recently purchased a new phone, and when I try to login to the Nighthawk ap, it sends a push notification to my old phone asking if I want to allow the login.

I have "Trusted" the new phone already, but obviously I want / need to remove the old phone from being "Trusted". Not only is this inconvenient, it's also a security risk.

Hi @JimmyWheels, welcome to the community! On the app, you can tap on Home (top left corner) > Account Management > Login Settings > Two-Step Verification. You can remove your trusted devices from there.

I did not get notified of your reply, but decided to just check.

As a bonus, I saw in that section where I can login with TouchID.   Very nice.

i have this problem but the primary trusted device is a device i no longer have....on the remaining devices, i am only able to see the list of devices i have trusted but unable to promote another device as primary or remove existing device
