How to report a bug on the Nighthawk App
If you are experiencing any errors or unexpected behavior on the Nighthawk app please share the details by submitting an Instabug. Please see step by step instructions below.
- Launch and log into the Nighthawk app
- Reproduce the issue and/or wait for the issue to occur
- Wait 10 seconds
- Shake the mobile device side to side
- A popup window will appear
- Tap Report a bug
- Follow the prompts to submit an instabug (including adding your email)
- Click the paper airplane icon to submit the report
- A Thank You confirmation will appear once the bug has been submitted
